Volunteer Spotlight – Tami Rooks

Meet Tami Rooks, our newest office volunteer!

Tami volunteers her time and talents in the Clermont Senior Services office 15 hours per moth providing office support. She is happily married to John and has 3 adult children, 4 grandchildren and 3 dogs, she and her husband reside in Batavia.

Tami has a knack for crocheting and last winter she donated handmade afghans, scarves, hats and sweaters to be dispersed to the customers of Clermont Senior Services, they were beautiful and each person who received one was thrilled.

Fishing with her husband is a favorite past time, they enjoy fishing and going to Lake Erie to catch salmon, perch, catfish and walleye, they bring their fresh catch home and eat fish year-round.

We are happy to have Tami serve as part of the team at Clermont Senior Services and we’re grateful for all she is doing to enrich other’s lives!
