*If you need a volunteer to assist you with shopping or one-time projects, please call 513-724-1255 and ask for the intake department.
If you are unable to grocery shop for yourself, we have volunteers that will shop for you! Volunteer shoppers may run errands, such as picking up prescriptions at a pharmacy or stamps at the post office. Occasionally, some volunteers take out trash, pick up mail, or perform other simple tasks that may be difficult for a frail senior to do. Volunteers call regularly to see if their customer has any needs. The customer pays for all purchases and mileage is reimbursed.
An extra hands volunteer is willing to occasionally spend a few hours doing one-time projects, such as, running errands, hanging curtains, organizing closets, sprucing up a lawn or flower bed, washing windows, light painting or staining.
