Bill DeHass


Bill began his work for Clermont Senior Services in 2006 as a Social Worker in the organization’s Case Management Department. He worked directly with Clermont County’s older adult population as an Intake Coordinator and as an investigator for Adult Protective Services. In 2015, he became the Manager of the Transportation Program and, soon after, the Director of the Community Services Department. Bill’s current local leadership roles include serving as the Chair for the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments’ 5310 Oversight Team, as well as serving on the Family Services Planning Committee in Clermont County. Until 2020, Bill also served as the Chair for the Association for Professionals in Aging. 

Angel Burton


Angel joined Clermont Senior Services as the Director of Finance and Business in February 2022, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2022. In her role, she is responsible for the Agency’s financial and budget management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, human resources, and information systems operations. Angel has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Wilmington College, and brought over 18 years senior level finance management experience when she joined the CSS team, previously serving as the Finance Director for Butler County, Ohio, the cities of North College Hill and Harrison, and the villages of Bethel and Batavia. Angel also worked for the City of Cincinnati’s Health Department as the Division Manager for the Center for Health Information, Planning and Research, which included the epidemiology, accreditation, and information technology programs. Prior to her government career, Angel worked in software development, with undergraduate studies in quantitative analysis and information systems.  Angel has lived in Clermont County since 2002, and together with her husband, raised two daughters that graduated from Batavia and Live Oaks Vocational schools. Angel and her family currently reside in Stonelick Township.
