In an effort to highlight the needs of the Greater Cincinnati community, The United Way chose people from various walk of Life to speak about the impact United Way funded programs have had on their lives.
The Annual United Way campaign will kick off August 24 at Duke Energy Convention Center. The eastern area, consisting of Brown and Clermont Counties, will hold it’s first-ever Day of Caring on August 23. This year, the Eastern area campaign is being co-chaired by Clermont Senior Services Board Member, Dave McNutt of American Modern and former UC Clermont Dean, Greg Sojka. The Day of Caring will consist of volunteer groups going out into the community to perform services projects, some of those projects will include work at Clermont Senior Services Customer homes.
