Physical exercise Mental stimulation Nutrition Socialization Sleep Stress
On September 18, the workshop will focus on, Your Brain on Retirement. Retirement is one of the most challenging transitions your brain will ever make. During this session, you’ll learn tools that will help you navigate this transition from your work-life to retirement.
Each presentation is led by Gerontologist, Patricia Faust, who specializes in the issues of brain aging, brain health, brain function and dementia.
Each session will be held at the Union Twp. Lifelong Learning Center (4350 Aicholtz Road) at 5:30. This is a free event but seating is limited, please RSVP to 513-947-7333.
