Tai Chi Offered

Tai Chi is described as “meditation in motion,” and has a long list of mental and physical benefits, which include reduced pain and joint stiffness, improved memory and concentration, greater balance and increased ability to cope with stress and depression. Instructor Lori Malpass was recertified by 30 year Tai Chi Master, Dr. Paul Lam, endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.
