Cindy Gramke

Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Cindy began her work for Clermont Senior Services in 1983, and her experience with the agency and in the area of aging has spanned over 30 years. In 1998, Cindy left the agency and was the Executive Director of an area non-profit for eleven years, during which time, she continued her active involvement serving for eight years as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of Clermont Senior Services. Accepting an opportunity to return to the agency in 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer, she assumed the role of Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer in January of 2012. Cindy is only the third Executive Director/CEO of the agency since its founding in 1969. A lifetime resident of Clermont County, Cindy’s current community leadership roles include serving as a Director on the RiverHills Bank Board of Directors, Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Clermont County Metropolitan Housing Authority, Board member of the Southwest Ohio Aging Network (SWOAN), and until recently, on the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Cindy was awarded the Clermont County Leadership Award in 2000, The Clermont Chamber Edward J. Parish Pacesetter Award in 2005 and the Orpha Gatch Citizenship Award in 2002.

Greg Carson

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Greg came to Clermont Senior Services in 2007 after over 15 years of financial experience with Anchor Fluid Power, Beech Acres, Andrew, Littner, Mancini & Vogele, CPA’s and the Clermont County Recorder’s Office. Greg earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and is a lifetime resident of Clermont County and Williamsburg Township. Active in the Clermont community, Greg serves on the CASA for Clermont County Kids Board, OKI Regional Council of Government Board and Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Greg also is Fiscal Officer for Williamsburg Township, serves on the Clermont County Republican Central Committee and is active with the Williamsburg Rotary and Williamsburg United Methodist Church, where he has served on various committees over the years. Past leadership includes his service as a member of the Board for the Clermont County Educational Service Center.
